Master Jewelers · Insured Both Ways · Since 1996
Dull, scratched or gone slightly yellow? Mail your jewelry in and our master jewelers polish, deep-clean and re-plate it to look new again, then return it insured. Firm quote before any work begins.
Surface scratches and scuffs removed, original luster brought back.
Deep cleaning that reaches behind settings and under stones, safely.
White gold re-plated to a bright, protective white finish that lasts.
Light refinishing to lift deeper scratches before final polishing.
Matte, brushed or high-polish finishes restored to how the piece was made.
Cleaned, polished, plated and inspected — returned looking new.
Over-polishing thins metal and rounds off detail; the wrong cleaner harms soft or treated stones. Our master jewelers polish appropriately for each metal and setting, protect delicate and treated gemstones, and re-plate white gold with rhodium for that bright white finish — with trained gemologists (HRD Antwerp and ERIJ) on hand for anything set with stones.
You approve a firm, flat quote after we inspect the piece, and it ships back to you fully insured, looking the way it did the day you got it.
Tell us about your piece. We email a prepaid, fully-insured FedEx label — free to ship.

Polished, plated and returned fully insured, looking new again.
Yes. Professional polishing removes surface scratches and scuffs and restores the original luster. Deep gouges may need light refinishing first, which we include in your quote.
Rhodium plating is the bright white finish on white gold. It wears off over time and turns slightly yellow; re-plating restores the bright white look and adds protection. It's recommended for white gold, not for yellow gold or platinum.
Roughly every one to two years for rings worn daily, less often for pieces worn occasionally. We can advise based on how the piece looks.
It depends on the piece and the finish. We send a firm flat quote after we see it, and you approve it before any work begins.
