Earrings are tiny and worn close to the skin, so the work has to be exact and comfortable. Every pair is handled by a master jeweler who re-solders posts, fits secure backs, and converts fittings cleanly — with trained gemologists (HRD Antwerp and ERIJ) checking anything set with stones.

Bent or broken posts are the most common earring repair for a simple reason: posts are thin by design, and they take direct stress every single time an earring goes in or comes out. A stone set in an earring is especially vulnerable for the same reason — earrings are handled directly at least twice a day, so a loose stone here is more likely to fall out unnoticed than the same setting on a ring or pendant that's touched far less. A stud with a post bent enough that it no longer sits flush, or a hoop hinge that's worn loose and pops open unexpectedly, are both worth fixing before the earring becomes unsafe or unwearable rather than after.
