Master Jewelers · Insured Both Ways · Since 1996
A bent post, a lost back, a clip that pinches — or clip-ons you'd love as pierced. Mail them in and our master jewelers repair, replace and convert, then return them insured. Firm quote before any work.
Bent or broken posts re-soldered or replaced; new secure and screw backs fitted.
Clip-ons converted to posts, or posts to clips, to match how you wear them.
Hoop closures, hinges and latches repaired so they click shut and stay secure.
Loose or missing stones re-set and matched under gemologist oversight.
Cracks and worn joints soldered and rebuilt, finished so the repair is invisible.
Polishing and rhodium plating so the pair matches and looks new again.
Earrings are tiny and worn close to the skin, so the work has to be exact and comfortable. Every pair is handled by a master jeweler who re-solders posts, fits secure backs, and converts fittings cleanly — with trained gemologists (HRD Antwerp and ERIJ) checking anything set with stones.
You approve a firm, flat quote after we inspect the pair, and they ship back to you fully insured.
Tell us about your earrings. We email a prepaid, fully-insured FedEx label — free to ship.
