Every piece is worked by a master jeweler who rebuilds the clasp, hinge or link properly and re-finishes the metal so the repair disappears — with trained gemologists (HRD Antwerp and ERIJ) on hand for anything set with stones.

Tennis bracelets are the highest-risk piece in this category: a single loose prong can shed a diamond without you noticing, because the bracelet still looks intact with one stone missing until several are gone. If one stone looks loose, treat it as a sign to check the whole line, not just that one setting. Bangles carry a different risk — a hollow bangle's thin walls are more prone to cracking than a solid one, and a hairline crack near a hinge typically widens with continued wear until it opens fully, so it's worth addressing while it's still a small repair rather than a full rebuild.
