Bracelet & Bangle Repair, by Mail

A failed clasp, a snapped tennis bracelet, a bangle hinge that won't hold — mail it in and our master jewelers repair it and return it insured. You approve a firm quote before any work begins.

What we do to bracelets

Clasp Replacement

Worn or broken clasps replaced and secured, safety clasp added on request.

Broken Links & Solder

Snapped links repaired and soldered, matched so the join is invisible.

Tennis Bracelet Repair

Broken links and loose stones on tennis and line bracelets re-set securely.

Bangle Hinge & Pin

Hinges, pins and clasps on bangles rebuilt so they open, close and hold.

Resize / Shorten

Bracelets shortened or lengthened with matching links for a correct fit.

Refinish & Restore

Cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating so the piece looks new again.

Repaired to hold, not just to look fixed

Bracelets take more abuse than almost anything you wear, so a repair has to actually last. Every piece is worked by a master jeweler who rebuilds the clasp, hinge or link properly and re-finishes the metal so the repair disappears — with trained gemologists (HRD Antwerp and ERIJ) on hand for anything set with stones.

You see a firm, flat quote after we inspect the piece, nothing happens until you approve it, and it ships back fully insured.

Bracelet repair FAQ

Can you repair a tennis bracelet?

Yes. We repair broken links, replace worn clasps and re-set loose stones on tennis and line bracelets, under magnification and with gemologist oversight.

My bracelet clasp broke — can you replace it?

Yes. We replace worn or broken clasps and can add a safety clasp, matched to your bracelet's metal and style.

Can you fix a bangle hinge?

Yes. We repair and rebuild bangle hinges, pins and clasps so they open and close correctly and stay secure.

How much does bracelet repair cost?

It depends on the metal, the repair and the style. We send a firm flat quote after we see the bracelet, and you approve it before any work begins.

Can you resize or shorten a bracelet?

Yes. We shorten or lengthen many bracelets with matching links so they fit correctly.

Is my bracelet insured when I mail it?

Yes. You ship on a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label through IFS (In4Sure), tracked, with signature required, both ways.
